She has led hundreds of placements across CEO, President, CMO, COO, CRO, and VP-level roles for high-growth, venture-backed, PE-owned, and founder-led brands spanning consumer and tech enabled businesses. Known for her rigor, depth, and relationship-first approach, Kristin is a trusted partner to founders and investors navigating pivotal hiring decisions. She serves on the board of the Women on Boards Project, advises early-stage companies on talent strategy and org design, and invests as an angel investor for CPG brands and an LP to The Council. Kristin lives in Encinitas, CA with her husband Kiki, their two children Mason and Emma, and dogs Henry and Oliver.
