Known for her thoughtful read on culture and fit, Sarah moves with urgency and intention, bringing forward high-quality candidates and sharp insight at every stage of the process. She serves on the Search Committee for the Women on Boards Project, where she helps expand access and representation at the leadership level. Sarah lives in Connecticut with her husband, Jake, and their two cats, Merry and Pippin.

One of my favorite places in the world is Croatia. My husband’s Croatian hertiage has gifted us a meaningful second home.

My mornings start with a strong cup of coffee, a gratitude podcast, and thoughtful check-ins with clients and candidates. I find energy in people and purpose, and that rhythm sets the tone for my day.
