Sarah leads all internal business operations for KTG Search including Research and Search Operations, Finance, People Operations, Marketing, Business Development. Sarah also supports our Talent Advisory practice, working directly with VC and PE funds as an extension of their talent teams. Prior to the launch of KTG Search, Sarah led Business Operations for Koller Search Partners. Sarah lives in Hoboken with her husband Matt and dog Penny.
